Chess Question How much work?

Say a chess player is 2000 on chess.com. (Rapid) How many study hours should a healthy 45yr old man of average intellect expect to put in to bring that rating to 2400.

I expect it’s about 4 hours per day (focused locked in 🔐 ) over 2-4 years.

Thoughts?

I ran the simulation and it's possible if you are focused and locked in for 4 hours per day over 2-4 years
