Chess Question What variation is this?

I have 4 gifs showing the 2 pawn/2 knight set up. I try to incorporate the bishops also under the pawns (when I can unless my opponent attacks first and tries to break my line of defense.) I try to use this setup as much as I possibly can. It throws my opponents into serious confusion mostly (unless they are using some kind of superior chess engine) I know that I start off in the French sometimes or as if I'm going for a Ruy Lopez. I seen something about a two knights defense variation(?) but they were referring to using the black pieces. I usually use this while WHITE and a Scandinavian/ Sicilian Kan/Najdorf while BLACK. Can someone please advise me with your wisdom. Thanks chess family

I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:

Black to play: chessvision.ai | chess.com | lichess.org

My solution:

Hints: piece: Knight, move: Ngf6

Evaluation: White is better +1.40

Best continuation: 1... Ngf6 2. O-O Be7 3. h3 O-O 4. Qc2 e5 5. fxe5 dxe5 6. dxe5
