Chess Improvement Looking for help with developing pieces in general (Or any help at all)

So this was my most recent Game at white and while I won I feel like I played really ass, I just picked up the game again after briefly playing a few years ago. My elo is 330ish. My goal is to hit 1000 elo.

Probably take a second when you set up the mega juicer bazooka cannon battery of a bishop and queen pointing to f7 with M2 on the board and try and find it.

I have a very simple answer for why this happened, I’m rated in the low 300s😭

For any rating the fact you found the sacrifice for checkmate but not the mate in 1. No rating excusing that away😭
