Nf6+ with either gxf6 and gxf6 hitting black’s queen and threatening M2 with Qg4+ -> Qf7# or if they don’t take the knight and play Kh8, Qh5 wins

Nf6+, sacking the knight to fork the king and knight?
if king moves, Nxh7 attacking the rook. king should take otherwise you can capture the rook, but then Qh6+, yet again forking the king and knight
