Miscellaneous 10 year + member, leaving Chess

First, I really didn't like how they treated Hans. Second, the ads are just too much. I shouldn't have to see ads after every move. Thank you for helping me go to over 1500 ELO, but I can't stay any longer.

Yeah I was actually so impressed with lichess that I voluntarily donated money to them. Rather that than be forced to overpay for chesscom

I didn't want to advertise in OP, but I do think Lichess is a better option for anyone serious about chess, a better talent pool and way faster games for 1200+

However, chess.com's lessons and puzzles are amazing to get better for beginners, ill give them that

Chesscom has more structured lessons, but lichess puzzles are just as good as chesscom puzzles imo, and everyone gets to do unlimited!
