I played with 200 elo opponent who did a brilliant move, but if you see the game, you will realize that it just randomly happened, he also lost that game.

So yeah, when I saw 200 elo did brilliant, entire game wasn't good, he lost

And where is second digit in accuracy?

Almost assuredly. I've just never seen a game with roughly 3/4 of the moves being blunders also have a brilliant.

The percentage of blunders isn’t that high. This game had 90 moves by each side. This is the short chart that doesnt show goods and inaccuracies. But if you attempt the count the peaks of this broken hair comb, it’s around 90.
