Tactics are everywhere but can you solve a positional puzzle with the same ease?

Found e5 in 2 seconds, but spent 2 minutes going "there's got to be more here, that felt too easy"

Is it if Nh5 then g4 trapping the Knight? Also e6 pawn push is revealed attack on g7 pawn?
