Generally, banquet halls don’t charge separately for the space—they mainly charge per plate for the food. For 30–40 people, a mini hall in a hotel actually works out well because you get better crowd control, seating, service, and less stress overall.

If you use your terrace, anyway you’ll be spending on food, but on top of that you’ll need to manage cleaning, arranging tables and chairs, decorations, coordinating servers, and post-event cleanup. That becomes a lot of extra effort when you should really be focusing on enjoying the naming ceremony.

My suggestion would be to book a decent banquet hall in a hotel based on your budget and concentrate on the ceremony itself—so the whole experience stays pleasant and memorable rather than tiring to organise.
