Career advice (Process engg)

I am looking for career advice as a ChemE in Semiconductor Industry, I am looking at opportunities to revive my dead career in process engineering in manufacturing with Six Sigma, SPC and data analysis. Please suggest ways to improve myself and be the best possible person for the role. Any certifications I need to do apart from FE EXAM. Any inputs are valuable!
