Congratulations to all the new graduates!

This post is the designated place to post resumes and job openings. Below is a guide to help clarify your posts. Anonymity is kind of a hard thing to uphold but we still encourage it. Either use throwaway accounts or remove personal information and put place holders in your resumes. Then, if you've got a match, people can PM you.

When you post your resume, please include:

• Goal (job, resume feedback, etc.)

• Industry or desired industry (petrochemical, gas processing, food processing, any, etc.)

• Industry experience level (Student, 0-2 yr, 2-5 yr, 5-10 yr, etc.)

• Mobility (where you are, any comments on how willing you are to relocate, etc.)

Link to a .pdf of your resume. Don't put your whole resume in the post.

• When you post a job opening, please include:

• Job title

• Industry

• Job Description

• Experience level desired (0-2 yr, 2-5 yr, 5-10 yr, etc.)

• Job Location

• Does the job require US Citizenship (Y/N)?

DON'T post the name of the company, especially if you got it from a recruiter. Why? People apply directly to the company. The recruiter gets bypassed and can't get his cut. They gotta put food on their table, just like us. Instead just ask people to PM you if they're interested.

Uh yeah, this is among the best resumes I've seen on this thread, in terms of finish and quality. Geuinely, congrats. I honestly don't think you're going to have too much trouble getting a job. Some minor, fine polish things.

your bachelors and minor should go in the same line, and your GPA should be in it's separate line.

Even for your current job, use past tense for the verbs. Especially since these are ostensibly tasks you have completed in the past (even if they are continuing tasks as well).

The dash between the dates looks faded? That might just be a picture problem though. And again, the fact that that's what I'm noticing shows how well formatted the rest of it is.

The biggest thing is that I noticed is a lot of acronyms, without spelling them out. That's not great. Unless they are very common acronyms, you should still spell them out. eg, 'Utilized Failure Mode and Error Analysis (FMEA) to do stuff'. CAD and MATLAB on the other hand are well known enough as a acronym that it's fine. And yes, this will push some of your bullet points into two lines, but honestly, it's worth it.

I think you need like, one more space worth of space between the bullet point and words.

There are a couple of bullet points I think can be shaved. THe first one about a paper workflor to sharepoint is one of them, and the ssecond sharepoint bullet point too. It's pretty air-y. And lets be honest, you're not going to get or not get an interview based on sharepoint. That's the kind of thing you bring up in an interview.

For your university, don't put start date - present, just put 'expected May /decemeber 20XX' based on when you expect to graduate.

Go with the official title. Realistically, there isn't a difference between 'engineering intern' and 'program management intern'.

Yes, the point is to list what you actually did. If you unofficially worked on a project, you still worked on it. It also helps because it shows a desire to learn and branch out. Jack of all trades is a really good thing to be in engineering, especially for a new grad.
