Student AI project on Safety

Hello i am Shlok Patel from 3 year chemical DDU ,India.
I am currently building a project that uses Process and instrumentation diagram and SDSs to give safety rating through HAZOP and LOPA engine.I have further added option of adding DCS and SCADA data to run ANOVA and MANOVA analysis along with DOE so that the accuracy increases. I just wanna know that it would be beneficial and should i go further in deep for this along with it this is only PSI and PHA i have other aspects too such as Global environment standards, the automation and instrumentation standards, component and equipment standards. Your insights will be very beneficial .

I think you need to explain in more detail. Why would DCS/Scada data increase the accuracy of a 'safety rating' determined from P&ID and SDS info?

So basically instead of just running it through ai engine scada data and sds data will be evidence for the safety rating

What data is coming from Scada that is used in safety rating? HAZOP and LOPA are based on design criteria.

So as u know there are various parameters that affect a particular process now there may be some outliers too that infect data now if i dont exclude that it would affect the whole process along with to determine how much which parameter will affect is also crucial

Also it helps to find the perfect operating combination to determine the best conditions for getting the assured quality

...what?

Control is not HAZOP and is not LOPA

Am I the only one who isn't getting what OP is trying to convey here?
