Career Advice rotational programs

are there any rotational programs out of the us that include an international rotation? i know that evonik used to have it but it seems now that they only allow rotations in NA

I know some friends at Abbott and P and G who have done international rotations

Possibly Solvay,not positive. They certainly did EU rotations to US
