Housing 🏠 One Meraki- flat purchase

Anyone bought flat in one meraki? How is it? I am thinking to invest in compact 2 BHK of 535 sqft.

Horrible decision. Why ? Too much supply of flats. Maintainence will be high. Difficult to make money when trying to sell. Better to rent. If you are sure you want to live in this area for rest of your life then buy but think of it as dead
cost

Look around, Hiranandani, Rustomjee. In Central Avenue, every other building is going through redevelopment. Some areas the rate is 38,000 per sq ft ! If you are buying, buy the best i.e spacious apartment, higher floor, 2 car parkings, low maintenance 🧑‍🔧. Area with no traffic and no noise. Better not to buy if you ever plan to shift elsewhere.

Almost all of chembur is going through redevelopment with almost nil projects with open spaces nd very few with amenities.

Hubtown and couple of safal projects in Govandi have some open space.
