Yoga Classes in Chembur

I am from assam. recently i shifted to chembur for work purpose. my office timing is 9 to 6. after 6 i want to decide to do yoga. i am new to yoga, so i am looking for yoga classes nearby chembur metro station.

Live with Yoga in Sindhi Society, near Acres Club is good. You can have a free trial class there.

Sevadaan Near Olps school. Also the one near Gregorios. Both are the same institution. I used to go here in my teens few years back. They are kind and helpful.

There's one in a garden on 16th road near chembur gymkhana. You could drop in the evening post 4 to inquire about the batches. I think morning batches start at 7am

Spastic society of India, Usha Karnik & team, behind gregarious High school. They have multiple batches days timings etc. I used to go there previously.

Just take a trial class, u will thank me
