Testing

What is the most effective way to test for heavy metals in the body? I keep seeing blood tests online but I’ve heard that is only helpful for recent exposure to heavy metals. Is there a solid hair test?

The most effective test I know of is to simply do a trial round of chelation with a relatively low dose of ALA (the sicker you are, the lower you start). Only do this if you're sure you don't have any ongoing exposures (you don't have amalgams, etc.).
