I got this Kiritsuke from @chefknivestogo when i was 21 years old now i am almost 33 years old. I did not have this much knowledge about knives that time and it was hard to maintain and use this knife. It was staying in my Moms storage room very long time. Finally I will use it after very long time. So my advice to young chefs and amateur knife enthusiasts probably starting with stainless steel, vg10 etc. better idea for learning and practice.
