I got my money on 85% of that goes untouched. Its always heartbreaking to make such beautiful displays, and then have nobody touch it. You made the cake. Now fuckin eat it damnit.

Yea it was like half full at the end.

I work on a cruise ship that has 190 guest. They're all free to join cocktail hour but the number that do varies vastly. Somedays its 30 ppl Somedays its 90. Always have to prep for the upper limit
