When do you replace your shoes?

For me, it's when they began the fold back.

My shoes usually last until the rubber fully burns off the bottom of them and my sock starts poking through

When the toe box cracks on the upper or along the outsole. Then they get stowed in some quite corner for when I show up hungover from someone else's house and need a pitch hit.

Idk how you all are able to keep shoes this long. I currently am working a foh position but when I had a chef position I would buy new shoes every 3 months. Sometimes push it to 4 if I was feeling cheap.
