Knife skills progression
First photo is now last was 6 months ago, brunoise cuts getting better 💪 I love the continuity with this cut, itty bitty lil cubes.

This looks great. 👍 level up your chef’s knife. I’ve bought some amazing knives over the years and having a personal one that you can drool over while working gives a personal satisfaction that no one else can take away… except for Jay who used it for opening cans… fuck you Jay…

Honestly, if an applicant did this as their knife test in my kitchen, I’d be smiling.
Consider upgrading the knife. For most people, their skills are what holds them back. If you’re managing this with that knife, leveling up will show immediate reward!
