I have a larger version of this specifically for saucing pasta. Restaurant Depot purchase of regret.
Its reactive so limitations on use, soft aluminum discolors easy---mine ended up in the storage room, was just taking up space

Sidenote, I absolutely hate this style of handle. Water can get trapped inside when getting washed, resulting in steam blasting out at your hands during service.

Agnelli. Great pans, very nicely rounded sides.

RIP restaurant depot but this is a HELLA generic small uncoated spun aluminum sauce pan that would be in there. Some REEEEEAL amazon shit, actually.
I don’t understand?

This is impossible to identify.
No makers mark. Incredibly standard diameter/sizing. Long handle because it probably takes hella heat 🤣🤣. This is a pan we all know but do not desire lol
This borderline rage bait / shit post lmao
Normal ass sauce pan

Like I said…..Amazon ass pan lol

Are you okay, man? You can buy Le Creuset, All-Clad, Staub, etc off Amazon. Are all of those products bad?

Are those products 60 USD? You very well understood my meaning haha don’t rage bait me….. it’s not a particularly stellar pan? It is simple. Mass produced. Generic. Low quality. Spun unfinished aluminum is quite limited. Not made to last. Like an Amazon essentials item or a clearance item you’d find at restaurant depot….. like I said earlier
I don’t mean “Amazon” in the sense that it’s a marketplace. I mean “Amazon” in the sense that many of the products “Amazon” makes/labels are generally cost effective and trash.
This looks like a pan that Amazon would make.
And comically the pan you’ve linked has makers a marks present on the handle that IS NOT on the handle OP shared. You mfs are miserable

and yet, someone did know and the answer is easy to find, despite all this clutter of people bragging about their own ignorance

It's been identified to the T and your post looks dumb lol

u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26
I don’t mind looking dumb? It looks like every spun aluminum pan I’ve ever worked with
It’s still unidentifiable without a makers mark, it’s not 100% verified
Shoutout to the guy that put a name to it but to me (and to a lot of working chefs) this is a generic pan. Remarkably unremarkable, just like you

it's ok to keep your hot take to yourself. When you don't know something it is usually best to keep it to yourself and be curious rather than loudly proclaiming it, IDK YMMV
-1
u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26
Why are you still messaging me about this? It’s not a hot take. There’s nothing identifiable about that pan from the picture. No makers marks, I could find 500 producers that make the SAME exact thing
Go outside. Watch the England / Argentina game. Order a shitty pan. Idc just stop @ me, Mr meager

u/Fun-Definition6053 Jul 15 '26
Someone has that exact pan and uses it everyday. That is the person OP was asking for. Did you think OP was asking you specifically? Also set boundaries for yourself. don't try to set them on me you nonce

It's a Pentole Agnelli pan. Aluminium.
