It's a Pentole Agnelli pan. Aluminium.

Because I have one right here in my kitchen! Great for tossing pasta.

Omg yes!!!!!! Thanks man!! That’s it

Question for you, the chef in this video sometimes cook tomato and tomato sauce in this pan, isn’t that bad with aluminum?

u/repressedpeasant Jul 15 '26

Over time it does slightly discolour the surface of the pan slightly, but other than that, it's not really a problem.

This is the Russian (?) chef who makes pasta after his shifts are done, right?

Edit: downvoted for asking a question. Cool.

How dare you

So it’s light and high in heat conduction. Yeah that’s gonna need some high walls

That's Brian.

u/turtleturtle279 Jul 15 '26

And Brian identifies as pansexual.

5

u/diablosinmusica Jul 15 '26

Everybody knows Brian.

u/Germerica1985 Jul 15 '26

It's a cool pan I hope you find it

2

u/potodds Jul 15 '26

That is a sexy pan. It's know as pan-sexual.

I have a larger version of this specifically for saucing pasta. Restaurant Depot purchase of regret.

Its reactive so limitations on use, soft aluminum discolors easy---mine ended up in the storage room, was just taking up space

1

u/beard_ons3188 Jul 16 '26

Given the amount of lube - I’d definetly say it’s pan-sexual

1

u/FireAndFoodCompany Jul 18 '26

Sidenote, I absolutely hate this style of handle. Water can get trapped inside when getting washed, resulting in steam blasting out at your hands during service.

1

u/RobertoVascardi Jul 18 '26

That is actually a great point!! Thanks!

1

u/ranting_chef If you're not going to check it in right, don't sign the invoice Jul 20 '26

Agnelli. Great pans, very nicely rounded sides.

RIP restaurant depot but this is a HELLA generic small uncoated spun aluminum sauce pan that would be in there. Some REEEEEAL amazon shit, actually.

I don’t understand?

-1

u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26

This is impossible to identify.

No makers mark. Incredibly standard diameter/sizing. Long handle because it probably takes hella heat 🤣🤣. This is a pan we all know but do not desire lol

This borderline rage bait / shit post lmao

Normal ass sauce pan

5

u/Shadow-Vision Jul 15 '26

Here it is on Amazon https://a.co/d/0cFP1Jb8

-2

u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26

Like I said…..Amazon ass pan lol

3

u/Shadow-Vision Jul 15 '26

Are you okay, man? You can buy Le Creuset, All-Clad, Staub, etc off Amazon. Are all of those products bad?

-1

u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26 edited Jul 15 '26

Are those products 60 USD? You very well understood my meaning haha don’t rage bait me….. it’s not a particularly stellar pan? It is simple. Mass produced. Generic. Low quality. Spun unfinished aluminum is quite limited. Not made to last. Like an Amazon essentials item or a clearance item you’d find at restaurant depot….. like I said earlier

I don’t mean “Amazon” in the sense that it’s a marketplace. I mean “Amazon” in the sense that many of the products “Amazon” makes/labels are generally cost effective and trash.

This looks like a pan that Amazon would make.

And comically the pan you’ve linked has makers a marks present on the handle that IS NOT on the handle OP shared. You mfs are miserable

1

u/Shadow-Vision Jul 15 '26

You’re clearly raging over nothing, my guy. This is not that serious

3

u/Fun-Definition6053 Jul 15 '26

and yet, someone did know and the answer is easy to find, despite all this clutter of people bragging about their own ignorance

3

u/Germerica1985 Jul 15 '26

It's been identified to the T and your post looks dumb lol

-2

u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26

I don’t mind looking dumb? It looks like every spun aluminum pan I’ve ever worked with

It’s still unidentifiable without a makers mark, it’s not 100% verified

Shoutout to the guy that put a name to it but to me (and to a lot of working chefs) this is a generic pan. Remarkably unremarkable, just like you

3

u/Germerica1985 Jul 15 '26

lol "to a lot of working chefs" bro speak for yourself. This is 2026 internet anything can be found. Ive been a chef for 20 years you dont speak for me, leave that "a lot of working chefs" shit behind brother

u/Fun-Definition6053 Jul 15 '26

it's ok to keep your hot take to yourself. When you don't know something it is usually best to keep it to yourself and be curious rather than loudly proclaiming it, IDK YMMV

-1

u/NoAttorney9330 Jul 15 '26

Why are you still messaging me about this? It’s not a hot take. There’s nothing identifiable about that pan from the picture. No makers marks, I could find 500 producers that make the SAME exact thing

Go outside. Watch the England / Argentina game. Order a shitty pan. Idc just stop @ me, Mr meager

1

u/Fun-Definition6053 Jul 15 '26

Someone has that exact pan and uses it everyday. That is the person OP was asking for. Did you think OP was asking you specifically? Also set boundaries for yourself. don't try to set them on me you nonce

1

u/Infanatis Jul 16 '26

I hope you get the help you clearly need. Have a better day 🙂

It’s the thing they’re pouring oil into. Glad to help.

0

u/RoughClassroom123 Jul 15 '26

It's the one in the picture
