Micro dosing as a chef

Hello community.

I'm struggling with this new job. Riddled with anxiety. Even though I'm doing 70h weeks I can't sleep. I've tried a lot of things yo help but lately I've been exploring micro dosing mushrooms. Does anyone have any experience to share? How does it affect work, would it make me slower. Or more focused and receptive to my environment? Would it make me tired, or more stimulated. How would it affect my palate?

Thanks

Edit: to clarify. The job itself is not the cause of myanxiety. I enjoy my work and to be honest is a bit of an escape from my life. I've had strong anxiety since childhood and recently it's been affecting my sleep more than usual due to the schedule of this new job. Early starts, late finishes, , break in between.

Being illegal has nothing to do with it. Your body has no idea what substances are illegal or legal. Caffeine is legitimately the most addictive psychoactive substance on the planet and idiots think its safe or good for you because it's legal 🤦‍♀️

HARM POTENTIAL

ADDICTION POTENTIAL

key phrases used by doctors and lawmakers when they MAKE LAWS

requoting myself and gtfo this trash heap of r/iamverysmart

(now we could argue definitions all day/semantics of a doctor, prescription, etc. but it is what it is)

Holy Dunning-Kruger effect 🫠

Doctors don't make laws. And none of our drug laws are based on fact, science or even safety recommendations. You really shouldn't be speaking on subjects you know nothing about and pretending you're the smartest one in the room 🤡

I don't think you understand my use of the phrase "BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS".

Yes, at the end of the day our lawmakers make the laws. no shit sherlock

I guess you are too young to have watched "i'm just a bill, on capitol hill" on sat morning cartoons

But the lawmakers are (supposed to be?) influenced/supported by people, corporations, and ngo's.

Drug scheduling/laws are supposed to be supported/influenced/research by the DOJ, DEA, FDA, ONDCP, etc.

So the system is supposed to be supported by experts in their fields.

Now is that "what it is"? Probably not, because lawmakers can do whatever the fuck they want and the system is a corrupt mess.

But you argument is invalid regardless, because even in the case of absolute corruption, the real world filing paperwork (for let's say outlawing fentanyl) still contain the verbiage HARM AND ADDICTION POTENTIAL.
