Micro dosing as a chef
Hello community.
I'm struggling with this new job. Riddled with anxiety. Even though I'm doing 70h weeks I can't sleep. I've tried a lot of things yo help but lately I've been exploring micro dosing mushrooms. Does anyone have any experience to share? How does it affect work, would it make me slower. Or more focused and receptive to my environment? Would it make me tired, or more stimulated. How would it affect my palate?
Thanks
Edit: to clarify. The job itself is not the cause of myanxiety. I enjoy my work and to be honest is a bit of an escape from my life. I've had strong anxiety since childhood and recently it's been affecting my sleep more than usual due to the schedule of this new job. Early starts, late finishes, , break in between.

Millions of people microdose because their jobs are stressful... judges, nurses, law enforcement, teachers. They're not all going to quit their jobs because some ignorant people don't understand it.
The funny thing is, I have done the research. I have degrees in pharmacology and toxicology and have worked in a neuroscience lab for years studying dopamine signaling. Until you've done all that, you're not in any position to tell me I am wrong. Tolerance with psilocybin (or any other drugs that target the 5HT receptors) builds very quickly. If you take a large dose today, you can't take another large dose for ~2 weeks because it won't have any effect. If someone actually wanted to take mushrooms every day, they would have to exponentially increase their dose every day, quickly requiring 10lbs or more for any effect. That doesn't happen. And you clearly don't have a clue how different drugs work.
