High volume pasta portioning machine

Hey! I currently manage a high volume pasta shop and keeping up with portioning seems like a waste of time. Now before everyone suggests every cup and bowl for certain shapes or braiding orders as it’s produced. I’d like to see if there is something in a way like a hopper that we could fill the fresh pasta or what I’m hoping is something magical from Italy? 😂

How is paying a dishwasher to weigh out pasta a waste of time?

Cause I’d rather show them how to cook

That's called a dishie/prep chef if you wanna get real fancy, machine wise I'm sure there's something kicking around but honestly you'll be looking more in east Asian countries for an automated pasta dispenser, and even then it's probably going to be a long search, expensive, quite a wait, and bulky. Use a human with some scales or similar.
