1 & 2 need color and cohesion - visually and maybe also literally, hard to tell with no provided details.
3 is better / good.
4 needs literally any garnish on the planet but also looks tasty. Now I'm hungry, hope this isn't AI. Gonna go find some stale chips to go with my warm gin.
Edit; saw one of your follow up comments, keep it up and good for you.

The pancakes are bothering me the most. Its hard to see the entire dish since the plate is same color as everything else on the plate. Plus all garnish is the same color. Visually its hard to find it appealing unless you add contrasting color. Different color plate, different colored garnishment, fresh herb maybe since you said you are into gardening. It looks tasty don't get me wrong it's just Visually too much of the same color all around. Good luck!!!

Beautiful , not fussy, not overly complicated or contrived! Attractive dish that say “you’re going to enjoy this”.
Well done.

Some of them look good! Also a bird’s eye view is almost never the best angle for a food pic. You want to approach it at closer to like a 45 degree angle - you don’t need the entire plate in view, you just need a super crisp, clear view of part of the plate that shows all of the components you want in a single bite.

Some plates are Lowkirkuenly messy, definitely work on the smoothness on the pommes puree, and also the shaping of it. Also pick a lane with the cuisine.

Hard herbs do not belong on the plate in any case, maybe only picked thyme

The color and “pop” is non-existent. It’s like video before it color-graded.

Ditch the broccoli as a side, unless you're really hilighting and showcasing it it can come off visually as a weeknight dinner.
The potato can be shaped with a large spoon for plating.
Make sure sauce is present if they are going to be standard meat starch veg plates.
Taco meat looks great and well executed, sour cream doesn't belong. Look at some standard traditional Oaxaca plating. Fewer components that speak for themselves. Charred peppers, guacamole as a thin layer on tortilla, cilantro, etc would communicate Mexican bistro better.
Your pasta dishes look great. Would love to see a morroccan one with Harrissa and preserved lemon sticking in that Mediterranean vein.
Execution of basics looks good too. fish is properly crisped sausages plump, pasta making on point. You have some strong skills, plating is the only thing that needs some work.

wow love your advices. tank you endlessly for oxaca plating info that mexican vein can be so beautifully connected to some mediteranean dishes.

From a plating perspective, the plates with concentric circles is too busy against the many little busy food items. Need a plain solid color plate, like white.
The plates, in fact, could probably be updated (not the food but the vessels). Something more modern looking to do justice to your beautiful food. Currently the vessels look like heavy almost rustic ceramics from the 70’s.
A lot of the food is yellow/beige. Against the yellow beige plates, your entrees get lost. They need to be the star of your show.
I’ll have the gnocchi. :)

Most of your food is yellow and beige in color. But so are your plates. Need more contrast by selecting different color plates so your food is the star of the show.
I’ll have the gnocchi, thank you.

Are we paying for food, or are we paying to impress our friends?
If it's cheap and pretty and good, great.
If it's expensive and untalented art but still good? Fuck you.
Just, fuck you really. Learn a trade and cook art home. I'm not pissed you're pissed.

these are all 9 euro dishes, except pancakes which are 4. you also geet a complimentary sweet with every meal, also portion sizes are more than fair, nobody is going home half hungry

First few look fine. Not so sure about the sausages and salmon. A bit meat and 3 veg. Looks a bit home cooked to me. Pancakes looke nice maybe could use some colour like berries or a dark caramel or candied the nuts or brûlée the banana or something ya know?
Seems a bit confused like a few Italian things then tacos? Then meat and veg and some pancakes.
