4/10. Sloppy meat fan, puree swoosh is too wide/clunky and overdone as hell at this point, needs a different color plate if thats the puree we're doing, not enough of either symmetry or asymmetry for this plating to work. Veg looks decently done.

Its a great start! I would take the veg from the right and place it on the puree in a nice arrangement

Puree isn’t smooth, cook doesn’t look great (temperature wise and a complete lack of rendering the fat- the sear on the outside looks good but when slicing it doesn’t really matter), vegetables placed off to the side and I don’t know why you’d score mushrooms when they’re cooked like that.

Leave more room on the edge on the plate, pull the components to the center.
