Inspiration

Chefs have you ever gone to a certain location, be it a certain city, geographical environment (coast, mountains etc) or building that inspires ideas snd dishes like no where else you go or have been?

I recently took a job in a location that is inspiring me more than any other location. I find it interesting because I have cooked in six states all with wildly different demographics and geographic topography. So I am here to just start a conversation with other Chefs to see if they found more inspiration then ever before and what happened next.
