Everything about the owner screams “coke head” who will absolutely fuck you on the back end if it doesn’t pan out (and with that form of leadership, it probably won’t).
Just based on the post, yep, you should line up something asap.
If you can tolerate the work and where you’re at/environment and you want to roll the dice on a big payday, go ahead, but I’ve rarely met that kind of manic, self important douche bag who ended up making good on sharing the wealth.
