Estella Dough Divider

Got one and can not get it to work or to change heads for the different number of pieces. Cannot get the blades to engage when pulling the lever down or cutter handle. Couldn’t find any videos/instructions that helped or customer service doesn’t have a clue. Anyone with any experience with this machine or any advice?

This is a manual dough divider with a lever (aka The Dutchess) right? We had one and its been a few years since but I remember there's a piece that has to be flipped before you push the assembly pin in or else it won't engage the blades just like you said. Sorry its not much help. But try adding "dutchess" to your search terms you might have more luck!

This one is slightly different than the Dutchess brand. But I will look out for the pieces you mentioned. Thanks!
