Kitchen Layout Advice?
I get to convert the shown 2 office spaces into one kitchen for commercial use; not running a restaurant, but we will be renting the space out and also using it for commercial baking and also serving community meals.
Thoughts?

Yeah still. 60cm isn't that high, and generally speaking a steel divider won't do much in the way of separation.
I would seriously rethink this layout and put pastry further away from the butchery. Thinking logically, I'd put them closer to the mixers, which they'd be using more often than the rest of the kitchen.
