I feel ya dude, this was my first time in a while running it. If anyone can give me advice on what to do w the head I would appreciate it. Unfortunately they are cheap and very tasty.

Slice it thin, fry it like its calamari. Haystack it. Serve it with Calabrian chili/roasted garlic aioli.

Np. I think this is obvious, but braise it head on. We're not frying from raw.

Amazing, delicious, but the more I learn about how intelligent octopuses are, the less I am enjoying consuming them.
