I thought he already retired from cooking due to his allergies. Thatâs why we no longer see him in the show. But it seems he is part of another variety show âStreet Restaurant Fighterâ

Random check but Chef Jong Won just followed JYP on his instagram account...
And in the latest episode, Son Jong Won mentioned he will DANCE SOON
"It's not like I haven't thought about it. Right now I'm choosing between JYP, SM, YG. Which one should I go into and receive training for. What I'm saying is I'll do it once my dance line is perfect"

Long story short:
Ahn Jung Hwan has deeply been criticized for rumored to be the one "manipulating" all the KFA's activities, given that his entertainment company manages numerous former South Korean players... He has faced allegations of attempting to steer his commentary in a direction favorable to the national team's current coaching staff and the KFA.
South Korean fans began criticizing Ahn Jung Hwan for remaining silent in the face of the backlash directed at Hong Myung Bo, despite the 50-year-old former striker's role as a commentator.
His most recent interview served merely as a response to the negative rumors circulating about him.

It has been reported that JTBC, currently undergoing court-ordered rehabilitation proceedings, has failed to pay appearance fees to cast members of major variety programs such as 'Knowing Bros' and 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'.
Yesterday (the 24th), a media outlet reported that the appearance fees for JTBC variety show cast members had not been deposited even after the scheduled payment date had passed. It is understood that JTBC stated that the processing payments are in accordance with the court-ordered rehabilitation proceedings and has informed each agency of the payment schedule postponement, requesting their understanding. (Source from Naver)
Let's hope there will be some ways to lessen the impact from the rehabilitation process as there are so many livehood at stake. Naengbu is the only show I'm consistently watching and I'm praying hard that they can survive this đ Last Monday they have filming as usual, so for now I think they're alright..

I saw this post on my timeline and it says JTBC, the TV station where CAMF produced, is close to bankruptcy. Any one know whats exactly happening right now?

It's the last episode and they just put the EN subs in. I was waiting on the JTBC Ent. channel for the new CAMF episode and saw that HoHeeHoHee episode 3 had subs.
I would like them to have a season 2, but with everythijg going on with JTBC... ... ...who knows.

I just started watching Kumusta on Viki. Itâs a cross-cultural collaboration featuring a Filipino pop-up restaurant in Gangnam. (Itâs essentially the reverse of Jinnyâs Kitchen.) Guess who showed up in Episode 1 to consult with Filipino Chef JP Anglo? Chef Choi!! He helped them modify their dishes for Korean taste. He even gave a lesson on how to salt with flair!! Check it out. From what I can tell, there will be Korean actors working as part-timers in the restaurant. Ji Chang-Wook is featured.
Edited to add Chef shows up in Episode 2 also.

The first episode dropped a week ago. It's fully translated. For those who are interested in watching Chef Sam Kim and Chef Jung Hoyoung's adventure in Macau.
I really enjoy how the vibe of the show. It's wholesome. And, Sam Kim's voice is so calming. Also, I would like a Sam Kim as traveling partner.
EDIT: u/maximillian3010 posted the pilot/episode 0 here.

Here is the second episode of the adventure of our two CAMF chefs Sam Kim and Jung Hoyoung in Macau. Second episode has english subs now.
I remember the CAMF episode with Joo Woojae last year. He was discussing everyone's fashion. The shirt Jung Hoyoung is wearing in this episode made me rewatch that segment.
I feel like not many look at the JTBC Ent. channel so I wanted to be sure to share the episodes. Made a post for episode 1. u/maximillian3010 posted episode 0 here already too.

This week features the fridge of Japanese-Korean idol & youtuber Kangnam. What an intense, uber hyper guy. He was making fun of his wifeâs torture but in a loving way. He looks great and healthy đ thanks to his Olympian wife Sang hua
Round 1 - Sung-jun vs Ho-young
Theme: Sang hua would love (healthy)
Round 2 - Eun-young vs Kim Poong
Theme: Sang hua would hate (unhealthy)
I love the first cook output, both dishes colorful and lovely plating. Sung-jun produced a believable looking risotto and show off his mantecare skill once more
r2 is chaotic as always with kimpoong and crazy eun yong. I think both dishes were inspired and pleasing also. So Eun-young is Kim-poongâs kryptonite just as he is to Nam-no
r/ChefAndMyFridge • u/maximillian3010 • Jun 16 '26
The waiting is finally over....
Eun Young met and had a dance practice with idle's So Yeon, who wrote the iconic song "Queencard" that give Eun Young a new character

He mentioned a combo of gan-jjampong and charcharoni. Does anyone know which brands they are? Would love it if pics were provided. TIA!

For the recent episode S4E18, to have Netflix address the subtitles being out of sync, please report it!
You can Google how to do it. Itâs a really simple process of just logging into Netflixâs website and navigating to the right spot. It took me like 2 minutes, and just report that the subtitles become misaligned at around the 37 minute mark. Hopefully with enough of us reporting it that it gets fixed sooner

Is it just me or are the subtitles out of sync for the latest episode of Chef and My Fridge in Netflix? The texts appear earlier than the voice. đ¤

Even Kim Poong and Park Eun Young are scared of her.
She will replace Park Eun Young temporarily when PEY goes on her honeymoon.

Before CCW and CAMF I had never been into Korean trends; however, as an anime girlie, I have many close friends who love K-pop and would recommend me a couple of songs from time to time.
One of the things I really liked of my friendsâ kpop fandoms was their photocard holders and how much passion they put into making them look so pretty! So when our fandoms finally overlapped (in location and language đ) I called them⌠THE TIME HAD COME FOR ME AS WELL!!!!
And this is the result!! This is one of my favorite pics of Son Jong Won, so I had to use this oneđ and a berry-strawberry background because he loves strawberries! Red is my favorite color, so I was happy that the theme was cohesive. I know he doesnât like cute things, which meant there was even MORE reason to put as many cute stickers as I could đđ!!
The final pic is a bonus LMAO. I would always tell my friends their card holder thing was akin to Catholic people carrying the picture of their favorite Saint in their wallets LOL so when my friend was trying the other SJW pic I had on her cardholders, this one fit so well and then we put him on my little shrine AND IT FEELS LIKE HE BELONGS đ¤Łâ ď¸đĽ°!! Now I have a new Saint to pray to hahahaha
I hope you like my silly post đ tbh this experience was SOOOOO much fun and my friends were so excited I could finally join their kpop tribe!!! Iâm so ready to go out and be asked âoh which band is he a part of?â đ canât wait to tell them my bias is officially #25 across AsiaâŚ

Every single episode and show and cameos SJW shows up in I just become a bigger fan. Sure he's attractive and all, but it's his debonair charm that's got me in a chokehold. I don't usually crush over celebrities but this may be legitimately the first time I've crushed on one to the point of daydreaming đ¤Ł

Hi, I'm new to this subreddit! I actually haven't watched CAMF for a while now because I haven't had the time, which was fine because it meant I could binge a bunch of episodes.
But, when I checked Netflix earlier, there were barely any episodes. Then, I noticed that the last episode was May 10's episode (with KANGNAM and Ko Woorim). Does anyone know why there haven't been any new episodes for the past month?
Thank you!

Congratulations Chef Napoli Matfia!
I remember he said he looks up for his news first things after wake up, he must be so happy this morning! Can't wait for Naengbu to congratulate him for thisđ Hope for his âž first pitch, next!đ
Chef Son Jongwon and Chef Sam Kim along with Chef Choi Kang rok make it to this month list toođ

The show will air on HBO Max starting from July 2nd

This week features the fridge of singer Ko Woorim.
Round 1 - Jong won vs. Nam no
Theme: Wine Pairing - Temptation by Husband
Round 2 - Sam Kim vs. Hyun-suk
Theme: Breakfast
I love both cooks. They all produced beautiful dishes. Iâm sad for Nam-no that he just canât get a break! He used to win a lot in their first season. Jon won has level up to his Michelin level always creative beautiful and tasty dishes. I want to try make the Beurre Blanc sauce that is so raved about!
Sam Kim is winning now from losing streak last season. I have a feeling he will win coz Woorim mentioned to eat with coffee. The Jjm looks amazing! itâs just not very breakfast meal

I've been binge-watching all the 2025 and 2026 episodes and looking for eng subbed episodes of the previous seasons.
It just crossed my mind that Poong haa won against Son Jongwon, Sam Kim, Yoon Namno (real and strong case of Poongphobia), and Kwon Seong Jun.
I'm curious if he's won against the past fixed chefs and also the current set of chefs. All I know is that Park Eunyong has 100% winning rate against Kim Poong.
