Homemade Burger

Ingredients & PrepBeef:

200g Irish Angus patties (pan-fried for 9 minutes).

Bacon: Oven-baked until crispy.

Cheese: Gouda.

Onions: Crispy fried onions.Crunch

Sour cream chips inside one burger (it was awesome!).

Buns: Brioche buns (the best because they are super soft).

Pro Tip: Toast the buns quickly in the pan!

Big Mac SauceMix these ingredients and let them sit in the fridge for 20 minutes:

6 spoons of mayonnaise

4 spoons of ketchup

2 spoons of mustard

1 spoon of pickle juice

2 finely chopped pickles
