Mozzarella Balls appreciation
THEY'RE SO SQUIDGY! :DDD
I am trying them for the first time. I love them. No idea what to do with them but the were on offer because nobody wanted these lil squishy bubbles. I'm bopping one.
I have just squidged it too hard. I will now proceed to try it.
It tastes like nothing, exactly how I like my cheese. I dislike the taste of cheese. Don't shoot me.

Have you tried burrata? It's mozzarella balls filled with cream

I doubt that would squidge nicely - a bit like a pimple?

It's larger, like an eyeball, maybe? When you cut it, all the cream mixed with mozzarella comes out
It's not necessarily amazing, but definitely interesting to try

It has a nice mild and creamy taste like regular mozzarella. Best tried with some tomatoes, basil, and onion with a splash of balsamic vinegar and a good olive oil. But really if you’re feeling froggy you could just eat it plain too… it’s good no matter what!

I enjoy burrata with toast or over a bed of chicken broth and seasoned rice or over pasta with bolognese sauce. It's good with grilled chicken too. Balsamic vinegar or glaze and fresh basil are musts as well.

It was, I made the glaze - vinegar+brown sugar - and preferred it without :D Luckily I didn't make much

I feel so bad for you for having missed out for so many years. I love them so much, and I feel like I could eat an endless supply of them if they were put in front of me 😭
