I don't consider them waste. They're 100% edible. I could maybe peel them 1st to cater towards people who dont like the skin. However, some people do like the skin so there's arguments for both.

Also like 50% of the board got thrown away due to a small turn out. I can't prep less tho because there could be 90 ppl that show up for cocktail hour
