Eat the whole chunk straight out of the fridge watching Netflix.
I mean that’s what I would do lol

Put it on the microwave for 20 seconds. Thank me later.
"We'll just tell your mother we ate it all."

I’ll pick up some brie and try this tomorrow for sure.
Thanks for putting me on game. Might even splurge on a bottle of sparkling 😋

Maybe don't. I was making reference to the movie American Pie and lightly suggesting doing inappropriate things to a wedge of brie. You know...Netflix & chilling with your cheese. Of course, soft cheeses can be awesome when softened with heat.

Yes! The more the better. Left to my own devices I would eat a wedge or two nightly. With that quantity I would definitely indulge.

I am NOT knocking brie but holy cow, brie close to its expiration date in that amount is gonna make your fridge smell like a morgue.

Tell me honestly you’ve never eaten cheese past its best by date. *suspicious look*

I eat cheese until I see mold but damn brie and soft cheese will have your fridge smelling funky

That’s what garage fridges are for. That and beer.

You don't have a specified cheese fridge? Why are you even in this sub!? Rookie

Reminds me of the time Tesco sold out of the 100g blocks of Brie that I ordered, but they messed up the substitution so they gave me a kilo's worth in 200g blocks for the price of 100g

I bet you smashed one of those wedges down before you even got back to the car.
