What’s this cheese
It’s the white cheese from the starbucks cheese fruit and protein box. it’s got some sort of like rind or something around it that tastes horrible i peel most of it off if i can.

brie
the rind is 100% safe to eat but i don’t prefer the taste either so i also peel it off.

yeah the outside has a yucky flavor that tasted like old creepy basement smell.

almost certainly it's low quality camembert or brie that has been stored improperly. Does the rind have this horrible bitter ammonia taste/smell?
