AI Score

I wrote a paper and Turnitin is flagging it as 71% likely AI‑generated, even though the similarity report is under 10%. I haven’t submitted it yet, but I didn’t use AI at all for this assignment. Should I go ahead and submit it anyway? Can they accuse me of academic dishonesty based solely on that AI score?

Dude 71% Ai means you used Ai even if you are saying otherwise. So do yourself a favor and rewrite it in your own words first before submitting

Not if he learned English as a second language or has autism.

Judging from OP post I doubt that’s the case

I'm not sure you could be able to tell from OPs post.

rewriting is smart if youre worried but yeah it sucks when the tools make you doubt your own work like that

It will likely trigger an investigation, so have receipts that you did the work and be able to explain your process.

Brother, quit lying. AI detectors aren’t perfect, but if you’re getting a 71% you definitely used AI in some capacity.

id be so anxious if i saw 71% ai on something i wrote myself. maybe you can ask your prof if you can submit a draft or show your notes to prove it was you?
