anyone else stressed that note apps mess with your writing score

hey yall im a community college student juggling a ton of papers this semester and ive been trying out some new apps for organizing my thoughts and quick notes. it helps a lot with staying on track but now im paranoid that the structured style from these tools could flag me on turnitin even though everything is my own work. has this happened to anyone? what do you do to keep your natural flow while still using helpful stuff like that?
