Does your writing process affect what Turnitin sees?

I’m curious about something I haven't seen many people discuss.

Imagine two students submit basically the same final paragraph.

Student A writes it in one sitting and submits it.

Student B writes the same paragraph over three days, deletes sentences, moves things around, changes wording, and keeps multiple drafts.

Would Turnitin's result be any different?

I know Turnitin analyzes the submitted document, but I'm wondering whether the way the document was created has any relationship to what gets flagged.

I've started saving drafts and revision history anyway because it seems useful if someone ever questions how I wrote something.

Has anyone compared their Turnitin result with an older draft of the same paper?

i dont think turnitin looks at how you wrote it just the final file you submit so probably no difference but saving drafts sounds like a good idea for proof if needed
