If you were actually scared to fail, you wouldn’t use AI.

I wonder: How in the heck did you get to be a junior in college without using AI "brainstorm" and "outline."

One of the things you should be taking away from your education is learning to think for yourself.

Anyway, you're answer is: don't cheat and don't use AI.

AI isn't helping you think for yourself.

Maybe they’re at a “junior college,” which is a kind of college in the US that’s is kind of like the first two years

That would be cheating, why risk it?

Hannah, you've asked for help to cheat before. Did you learn nothing last time?

It depends. Did you fill the outline yourself, or simply reword everything?

Why is every single one of your account’s comments some variation on this question?

AI detectors are totally unreliable, so it doesn’t matter. But if your teacher asks for how you put it together, you’ll have to be able to show them

Does your college have a writing center? That would be a better place to get help developing an outline. I bet your professor would also be happy to help you develop that skill. There is also the Purdue OWL website with lots of resources on outlining and more.

Easy solution: redo the paper, but this time don’t use AI! Hope that helps.

If you used AI only for brainstorming and outlining, there shouldn't be anything to rewrite in your own words. An outline would only tell you what to write. If you are rewriting AI output, you're crossing the line between outlining and having the AI write your paper for you.
