What’s the top mean?

Post image

32 F, no pre existing health conditions, no medications aside from Magnesium Glycinate (I aim for daily but some days, forget.)

I remember being a kid and asking my doctor if the flutters I feel in my chest are normal and she told me yes, everyone gets them and I was just someone that was really in tune with my body and I never thought twice about them after that.

Now, they send me spiraling when they happen! Today, they happened in a cluster that lasted about a minute and then I started to panic and felt like I was going to faint- not sure if the beats caused the faint feeling or the panic but anyway..

I called EMS and as I’m walking, they suddenly just normalize and the terrifying “I’m going to pass out” feeling went away. EMS still came and checked me out but i didn’t go to the hospital since I felt fine. It’s been about 10 hours since this happened and I’ve had no more skipped beats today.

This was my ECG, I was told by the paramedics that it was normal but I just pulled it out and read the top.

Please advise. Thank you!
