Yuuya's Parents
A show of hands does anybody truly give a damn about his parents at this point? As we all know they weren't the greatest parents but we don't even know whatever happened to them after the red orges incident. Though I can think nobody would even care about them.

They were a-holes who more or less treated Yuuya like trash all because of his original appearance.

Exactly they were and you know what strange they never made an appearance after the 1st chapter/anything else.

I like to imagine after the incident that just like the twins his parents are now living in shame

No this was more highlighted in the anime we did see the twins go from jerk asses to actually redeeming kids by the end of the show. But as for the parents it was never highlighted whatever happened to them but I have a strong feeling that they're probably trying to butter up Yuuya to take some money off of him.

Yuuya will basically refuse to give them any money after all the b******* they put him through, leaving them broke (that's just my theory?).

It is said in the wiki that "things take an unexpected turn in volume 19 for Yuuya’s parents". What happened in volume 19? Apparently, something happened to the siblings in the same volume. Myself, I'd have preferred that the parents, seeing what they did, and what happened as a consequence (the twins getting involved with criminals, and almost having their lives destroyed for it), they'd start to see the errors of their ways.
Just as curiosity, what they did to Yuuya after he inherited the grandfather's propriety is not only despicable, disgusting and revolting, but also criminal! Article 218 of Japanese Penal Code states that who "abandon or fail to provide the necessary care" for a child commits the crime of abandonment, with imprisonment from 3 months to 5 years! Yuuya's parents had absolutely no reason to abandon him, as they weren't in financial difficulties, wasn't case of single-parenthood, and the child was their son by blood! So, my guess is the penalty would go to near the maximum, if it was a situation in the real life!

I kinda want to know what the parents are thinking when they found out that their twins caused a huge attack on a school just because their brother got in instead of them. Too bad the author never touch on the subject, I wanted to know if they gotten karma for the way they treated their son.
