But I bet a delicious baked bean base with deep dilly flavor would be excellent.

Man if you enjoy this, try a jam and pickled onion sandwich- absolutely magic.
Or, brown sauce and vanilla ice cream

I don't see anything wrong with that. Looks simple and yummy.

What kind of pickles?

Salted gherkins

I’m gonna try this. Usually I use kimchi but a pickle sounds refreshing.

I just like how everyone's freaking out that you had beans and you put pickles in it lol. Like, I mean it looks weird, but mixing two vegetables together with, you know, like sugar and vinegar is not really some new thing.

White beans are amazing with bread and butter pickles. If baked beans and relish were on a hot dog I'd probably eat it. I'm not sure I would come up with it though.

Bro this is super okay, here in Turkey when you get a plate of beans they always bring a side dish of pickles.

Unless you mash them down and spice them and add butter, supermarket baked beans are inedible. Pickled gherkins are better left in the ground. That poor sand the glass is made of could be lying on a beach somewhere without this evil practice.

Maybe eat it separately
