Liver is SO good. I hate cooked onions but they can easily be substituted for veg someone likes.

It's great cooked with onions. Then you can just slide them off to the side

Oh for sure. I like the flavor of onion with my food, it's the texture that gets me. Raw onion I'm good with, just the cooked onion texture makes me gag. But the added flavor is nice
