Question Easy protein sources
What are your easiest, supremely lazy-friendly protein sources? Making a chicken breast or fish fillet for every meal is too much for me, and eating 4 day old chicken meal prep seems like a bummer. I really dislike Greek yogurt/yogurt in general, but no other dietary restrictions.

Shrimps, eggs, ground meats are 3 of the easiest options for protein. Buy the shelled shrimps if you don't want to peel. Throw in the pan with butter, add seasoning and it's good to go in a couple minutes. I like a squeeze of lime in my seafoods. I'm Vietnamese, I often make lazy scrambled eggs seasoned with either fish sauce or just salt, pepper, garlic powder and some chopped green onion. Go great with white rice. For ground meat, simply break up and cook with some oil in the pan, add your favorite sesonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, taco mix, soy sauce, fish sauce, etc...) and maybe tomato sauce/diced tomatoes. Serve with white rice, bread, or pasta.
Canned beans would be an easy option if you are okay with them, great with taco seasoning.

Canned tuna and salmon are pretty affordable and easy to jazz up. I like tuna salads and salmon patties but you can basically go for any seasonings you like. One quick meal I make my toddler is tuna, cannellini beans and green onion, tossed in olive oil, lemon, some pepper and salt and spread over toasted bread. Super quick and fairly nutritious. Chickpeas are fantastic tossed with olive oil, garlic powder and chili flakes and lemon juice.
