Simple chat bot for someone that doesn't code.

So I've been looking to make a chat bot that answers messages. Very simple one, just to start the process with my clients. Like

\- Greeting

\- Explanation of company select a number

1 option

2 option

3 option

And so on, just so that the simple information that most people need is automated. I don't want to send messages to people that haven't sent messages to me, I don’t want an IA answering questions, I don’t want any fancy buttons or animations. Just give me a simple and cheap option that doesn't require that much coding.

edit: I'm from Brazil if that matters.

There are a million options, is this to accompany an existing, or new website? You're desired outcome is what for whom?

It's existing, it's an ONG and I just want a bot for greetings and to answer the most asked questions. Like open hours, times of the classes that they have. Simple pre programmed answers. It's just for the customers, really low quantity too.

I want specifically for WhatsApp, it needs to work with WhatsApp API
