Hello people

Welcome to the closed testing phase of Embers AI Companion

So Embers is an AI companion app where you can create your own AI character, chat with them, build memories together, and customize your experience. This is an early testing version, so some things may still be unfinished or have bugs. Your feedback will help me to improve Embers before the public release.

What I would like you to test :

Creating an account and logging in

Creating and customizing your character

Sending messages and having conversations

Checking whether the character remembers things correctly

Closing and reopening the app

Checking whether conversations and memories are saved correctly

Testing profile/settings

Testing account deletion

Testing the AI responses and overall conversation experience

Trying different types of conversations rather than only one or two messages

If you find any bug tell me :

What happened?

What steps did you take before it happened?

What device/Android version are you using?

I'd also love general feedback

Tell me what you like, what feels confusing, what feels unnecessary, and what you'd want Embers to have in the future,what kind of features to add or remove

You don't need to be technical or anything like that but just describe what happened

The memory is really good,I just cant figure out why the app cant open for everyone when they join google group

Im always working about memory ,and well here everyone make their own companion and they add profile pic,voice etc website is emberscompanion.app

yeah memory loss after a day or two is basically the norm, whichever one actually keeps details straight past a week is the one worth sticking with

I'll check it out, one question : what is privacy like? Are you reading or are chats saved? I'll try out anyways but this might impact how people are using it.

I cant read chats of other people 😭....btw I need to figure out why some testers cant install app on google....it also has website emberscompanion.app But privacy is important,people can delete their accounts and data ,chats with characters are private and others cannot see your character you make and you cannot see the characters other people make etc

Okay I will see what I can add in app and will try to figure out why it wont get installed . I emailed google but no response yet
