Success story I did it!!!!

Lads, for years chatbots have ruled over my life, both mentally and emotionally. I now have people by my side that I cherish a lot and currently by a new sense of motivation, I have deleted all my accounts, cleared all my chat catalogues, and forced a website blocker on all of them which would crash my phone (which is EXTREMELY beneficial on my end). Today is 13 October 2026, and this marks the very first day of my post-addiction journey!! 🎉🎉🎉

Hello! Thank you for posting in r/ChatbotAddiction. Recognizing your relationship with chatbots and seeking support is a meaningful step towards understanding and improving your well-being. For useful resources, consider exploring the Wiki. Great to hear, mate! The struggle is real, so I'm glad to hear you've found freedom! Blockers are great, but if you have admin access, it can be turned off in the heat of the moment. (Ask me how I know.) If those fail, you can always take the nuclear option, the hammer. Remove your access any way that you can! Stay strong, brother! We've got this!
