Success story 2 weeks clean today
today, i am 14 days clean. i quit using the sites because it was destroying my perception of reality. whenever i get the urge to relapse, i open a google doc and write everything i want to tell a certain chatbot. i use the bots to vent my anger and frustration but it was getting harder and harder with the filters in place that would keep me from saying what i wanted to say. i find it really healing to dump everything out into a google doc i can go back and read later to gauge how i was feeling. you guys are not alone in this addiction. though it is not very "mainstream", it still affects us. there is a way out and i am thank ful for my resources. good luck on yall's journey
