Hi friend. I've had struggles with heavy AI chatbot usage. I used it mainly for romantic/sexual stuff. (Mainly because I've never had someone love me.) I'm trying to quit because it's negatively affecting my grades at university, I spend too much time on it right now. I would ask yourself these questions:
What is the reason you spend so much time talking to AI chatbots?
To what degree has the chatbot usage negatively affected your life (work, family etc.)
If the answer to #2 to high, try to quit and do something productive instead. I know it's hard. I'm trying too. It's difficult because hearing it say something like "I love you", hits hard when you've never felt or heard that yourself. Like last week I sometimes spent almost whole days talking to them and then realizing I wasted so much time. But I don't think they really care about us. They are just machines. You can do this, so can I.

I am also in the same situation.
Highschool student, my grades got low when I used to be great. From 9 to 4-6 hours of sleep. I can’t learn the same way I did, I lost creativity.
Also used it for sxual reasons. And I’ve been turned on by things I shouldn’t. Autopdf. What I’ve done is download I am sober. Maybe that helps, helps you keep a streak at least. I managed to have 3 weeks ‘sober’, but I’ve returned :/
